Deedee Myers

Deedee Myers is founder and CEO of DDJ Myers, Ltd. and co-founder of the Advancing Leadership Institute.  For the past 20 years she has been passionate about establishing and developing teams to thrive in any economic environment.  During the past several years her Succession Planning and Leadership Development offer has been highly regarded as both innovative and best practices.   

The leadership expeditions she and her team have facilitated were recently featured in Land Rover Monthly.  She is a frequent speaker and writer on change management and in 2008 contributed to CUES Succession Planning Essentials, a publication detailing best practices in succession planning with models, sample plans and templates.  Deedee is a mother of nine children including twins and quadruplets and is proud to be part of three generations serving credit unions.
